Rates for black and white camera ready ads and process four color printer ready ads. Ads requiring typesetting or other extra work will be charged at the going industry rate at time of insertion. All rates are per issue.

SPECIAL POSITION: All ads requiring special positions will be charged an additional 15% over the quoted rate, minimum charge for special position is $100.00. Special position requests will be handled on a first come, first served basis

CLASSIFIED ADVERTISING

All classifiied ads are PREPAY, credit cards are not accepted. Closing dates for classifieds are around the 7th of the month prior to each issue. BLIND CLASSIFIED: Add $15.00 to cost if replies are to be forwarded to Newsmith, Inc. *Cost includes free typesetting if needed.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
The publisher reserves the right to reject copy that is not in keeping with the standard of the publication. The publisher reserves the right to add the word “advertisement” at the top of any material which, in the publisherʼs opinion, simulates editorial matter and which might be misleading to the reader. The publisher will not be bound by any instructions where such conditions conflict with the regulations set forth in the rate card.

DISCOUNTS, FINANCE CHARGES, AND COMMISSIONS
Invoices are rendered on a monthly basis and if paid in 10 days are eligible for a 2% discount off the current balance. The net balance is due in 30 days. Past due balances do not qualify for a discount and will be subject to a 1.5% monthly (18% annually) finance charge. Recognized advertising agencies actively handling the account are eligible for a 15% discount. This commission applies to space, color and special position. Other charges are not commssionable. Charges for classified ads are not commissionable.

INSERT RATES
Inserts are handled in strict compliance with U.S. Postal regulations. Full or partial runs are accepted. Rates available upon request. Please see Flier Insert Card for details and disclaimers.
