GIA Colored Stone, Pearl Grading Lab Classes to be offered at Spring Atlanta Jewelry Show

(ATLANTA) - For the fifth year in a row, the Atlanta Jewelry Show will offer Gemological Institute of America® (GIA®) Lab classes in conjunction with its semi-annual show at the Cobb Galleria Centre, Atlanta, GA. Saving retailers the time and expense of traveling to the GIA campus, the Atlanta Jewelry Show will add this top-level coursework to the many other educational and product resources featured during the February 28 - March 2, 2015 edition. Programs will include the Colored Stone Grading Lab on Wednesday, February 25 - Friday, February 27 and the Pearl Grading Lab on Saturday, February 28.

The event’s 2nd co-vice president Evelyn Cooper introduced gemologist and popular trade journalist Diana Jarrett who presented “Diamonds in Living Color” to a capacity crowd in the club’s sumptuous banquet hall.

The Original Miami Beach Antique Show once again hosts the Jewelry History Series

(MIAMI) - U.S. Antique Shows recently announced that they will be hosting the Second Annual Jewelry History Series prior to the start of The Original Miami Beach Antique Show on Jan. 30. The jewelry conference, January 28-29, will consist of educational sessions from notable jewelry speakers as well as a complementary tour of Bass Museum of Art, an art museum located in Miami Beach.

JIS launches 18K Club at October 2014 Show
