Jewelers for Children introduces jewelry cleaner to support kids in need

Jewelers for Children (JFC), the industry’s charity, has announced a new cause marketing program for retail jewelers. Through a partnership with RAN Product Solutions and Maya Caroleena Jewelers, JFC now offers a professional gem and jewelry care kit that retailers can sell or give to their customers at point of purchase.

The jewelry care kit contains everything a consumer needs to keep their jewelry in tip-top shape. A concentrated cleaning solution packet, along with a basket, brush and cleaning and polishing cloths come in each kit. The kits are available for purchase in cases of 140 units for $695. That’s just $4.97 each and includes a tax deductible $1.50 donation to JFC per unit, for a total of $210 in donations per case. Jewelers can utilize the Kit as an ice breaker to open dialogue with a customer or a potential customer, sell the kit for the suggested retail of $9.99, or simply give them away to customers making purchases.

“Every jeweler has cleaner that they either sell or give to their customers. This is a great way to meet your customers’ needs and support Jewelers for Children at the same time,” said Terry Chandler, CEO of the Diamond Council of America and JFC Vice President for Special Programs. “We are so fortunate to have folks like RAN Product Solutions and Nabil and Monda Abdallah involved in helping us raise money for children in need.”

Kits can be ordered by downloading an order form at the JFC website, www.jewelersforchildren.org, or by contacting JFC directly at 212-687-2949 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
