Besides offering retailers a wealth of diamond merchandise, Gold-N-Diamonds offers an added bonus: Customers usually receive their orders in a day, thanks to the company’s central location in Atlanta.

In fact, the company says, 95 percent of all orders will be in stock, and except for some custom orders, they’re shipped out the same day. About 60 percent of its customers get their orders the next day.

Since Gold-N-Diamonds was launched in 1995, the company has shown considerable growth. Its original staff of eight to 10 people has multiplied to 65 employees. The core of the business traditionally has been to provide finished gold, silver and diamond jewelry to small retailers and chain stores, offering a variety of styles and competitive prices. Bracelets, rings, pendants and earrings are all offered on the company’s website.

Along with gold, silver and diamond jewelry, loose diamonds and watches, the company offers its customers promotional flyers imprinted with the individual store’s name. It’s a one-stop shop for retailers, helping them save on shipping as they don’t need to visit five locations to buy five items.

Gold-N-Diamonds, Inc. has 10,000 customers in the United States, Canada, South America, the islands and Europe. The business itself has only one location, the headquarters in Atlanta, but employees attend trade shows in Miami, New York, Las Vegas, Chicago and London.

At trade shows, Gold-N-Diamonds offers show specials and promotes the concept of selling at a low price so the retailer can offer competitive prices to their customers.

One of its most popular offerings is the Soliel collection, which has been patented and has been very successful.

Gold-N-Diamonds says its objective is to keep coming up with innovative ideas, promotions and products to help retailers achieve success.

Focusing on three basic things – price, quality and design – the company has continued to expand, even in a volatile economy. When the economy was good, the company says, it was growing about 30 percent yearly. Even with the recent economy, it has enjoyed growth of about 25 percent.
