New additions, industry favorites position the Fall Show as one-stop resource for independents

(ATLANTA) – The Atlanta Jewelry Show (AJS) keeps getting bigger and better. SJTA, the producer of the Atlanta Jewelry Show for nearly 70 years, is proud to announce new developments for the August 2019 edition. With the addition of prestigious designers, expert educators, networking events and innovative pavilions, August AJS is poised to impress. The Cobb Galleria Centre will be the setting for the show, Saturday, August 10 through Monday, August 12, with a pre-show conference Friday, August 9.

“The Atlanta Jewelry Show team is hard at work to ensure the August show is the best event yet. As a direct response to exhibitor and retailer feedback, we are excited to present products, services and resources to enable our attendees to not only survive, but thrive,” says Executive Director Libby Brown. “With superior exhibitors, unmatched education and inventive show features, AJS continues to raise the bar in the industry; pun intended,” continued Brown.

Pre- Show Conference

Kicking off the event will be the popular Pre-Show Conference on Friday, August 9, thoughtfully engineered by Education Director, Cindy Chandler. Powered by Diamond Producers Association, Stuller and other industry leaders, this full day of education will equip jewelers with the tools they need to succeed. “Our August lineup is second to none, with relevant and practical topics designed to provide real solutions to real challenges,” states Chandler.

Highlights include: GIA sessions before and during the show, succession planning workshop with American Gem Society President John Carter, hosted by Bill Boyajian, and the standing-room only Diamond Power Panel return. Explore the power of scent with Air Esscentials and get the latest marketing secrets during the Instore Marketing track.

“Top personalities and educators in the industry are contacting us on a daily basis, so we are constantly adding speakers to our already phenomenal itinerary. Make sure to check the AJS website often for up-to-the-minute additions,” added Chandler. Additionally, interactive sessions are scheduled throughout the show in the unique Learning Labs, right on the show floor.
