Jewelers of America to present education program, certification exams & more at March 13-14 Show
(NEW YORK) – Jewelers of America (JA), a leading jewelry association for businesses serving the fine jewelry marketplace, is producing two days of free seminars on March 13-14th during the JA New York Show. Leading the program is a keynote presentation on “Tips, Tricks and Techniques to Maximize Your In-Store Experience” by Nicole Leinbach Reyhle, founder & publisher of Retail Minded and co-founder of the Independent Retailer Conference.
The keynote presentation, which includes a complimentary continental breakfast, will reveal the keys to strengthen the retail in-store experience. Attendees will leave with actionable steps that can be applied directly to their business. The seminar takes place Monday, March 14, at 10:30am in the JA New York Education Center and is sponsored by Synchrony Financial.
JA’s Education Program will also feature two interactive seminars on Sunday, March 13, at 10:30am and 11:50am, presented by sales experts Janice Mack and Debbie Hiss. Attendees are invited to share their experiences and insights about courting the bridal customer and tips on retaining existing customers. On Sunday, March 13, 6:00-9:00pm, Jewelers for Children is hosting, in collaboration with Jewelers of America, “Celebrate New York,” a cocktail party and silent auction at 404 NYC. All proceeds from the event benefit Jewelers for Children. JA Members receive a special discounted ticket price. JA is also offering exams for its renowned Professional Certification in Sales and Management on Sunday, March 13, during the show. Jewelry professionals should register in advance to save $10 off the exam price.
