Sunstone announces Permanent Jewelry Expo

January 25, 2023

Reading Time: 4 minutes

Sunstone is excited to announce the creation of a new conference dedicated to permanent jewelry artists and business owners, scheduled for May 30 – June 1, 2023 at Caesar’s Palace, Las Vegas.

The Permanent Jewelry Expo or PJX, is the only high-energy educational and networking event for permanent jewelry artists and business owners. Organized by permanent jewelry business owners, PJX is home to must-have education, invaluable connections and goal-driven motivation. Plus, PJX boasts the largest marketplace for chain, jump rings, charms, findings, training, tools, welders, and business services, all focused on the permanent jewelry business.

Heavy on Permanent Jewelry Education

PJX will include an extensive education experience. Attendees can attend as many as 29 different classes taught by leaders from all over the country and include topics from welding training, business operations, salesmanship, marketing, and more. Whether you’re new to permanent jewelry or an established enterprise, you’ll find a PJX course that will help your business thrive. See the full list of courses on the PJX registration page.

Connect with Key Suppliers

The second most important benefit to PJX is the opportunity to connect with key suppliers. Attendees can establish relationships with knowledgeable, helpful people who will keep their businesses stocked with the most popular chain, links, findings, welders, tools, services, and more at the PJX Marketplace.

A Conference for Permanent Jewelry Artists by Permanent Jewelry Artists

PJX  is the only conference that brings permanent jewelry artists together and provides the education, networking, and vendor connections that will help their businesses succeed. If an attendee comes and gains just one nugget of information and inspiration, it could propel their business beyond expectations.

PJX was organized by permanent jewelry business owners or jewelry industry insiders. Topics and vendors were carefully chosen to maximize the educational and networking experience. The PJX Advisory Committee includes Shari Tammietti, Danielle Watt, Cat McDonald, Angelique Frenlund, Kristin Ramey, Amy Dixon, and Paulene Everrett. Sunstone is the chief conference organizer.

A True Las Vegas Experience

PJX will be held at Caesar’s Palace, Las Vegas’ most iconic, on-the-strip resort and casino. PJX guests will enjoy a low rate of only $139/night – with all resort fees waived (a $45/night savings). Guests will enjoy luxurious 5-star accommodations, concierge service, bellhops, expansive casino, internet access, pool access, gym access, and more.

Early Bird Registration is $495 and ends April 1, 2023. Thereafter, registration is $695 per person. Registration includes:

  • Access to all educational classes: Choose from 29 different classes.
  • Entry to the PJ Marketplace: Connect with key suppliers.
  • Welcome cocktail reception for networking: Start PJX with cocktails, food, and fun.
  • Vegas-style breakfast buffet on Wednesday and Thursday.
  • Lunch on Wednesday and Thursday.
  • Energy snacks and breaks.
  • PJX reserved pool cabana*.
  • Awesome swag: Take home and show off your official PJX gear.
  • Limited Edition Permanent Bracelet: Attached when you arrive.
  • Exclusive lodging rates: Only $139/night.

*For Caesar’s Palace guests only.

Attendees are encouraged to book within the block with Caesar’s Palace. When attendees book with Caesar’s Palace they are supporting the permanent jewelry community now and in the future.
