New initiatives and robust marketing campaign establish LVCC as destination venue

(DALLAS) - The American Gem Trade Association (AGTA) is pleased to announce several initiatives that will help establish their new home at the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) as a destination venue during Las Vegas Market Week. With their move in 2019 to the new location, AGTA GemFair™ Las Vegas is delighted to introduce several initiatives designed to drive traffic to the show, enhance both exhibitor and attendee experiences, and create a seamless shopping environment.

COUTURE announces the inaugural “WTF?! Award”

“Celebration of Imperfection” infuses humor and humility to prestigious event

(NEW YORK) - The COUTURE Show recently announced a new design competition, the WTF?! Award. The organization is inviting current COUTURE exhibitors to enter an image of the worst piece of jewelry they’ve ever designed, and submissions will be voted on by the COUTURE community. The “winner” of this competition will be announced at COUTURE’s Opening Night Event on Thursday, May 30th on the Sunset Terrace.

Giveaways, initiatives help build momentum for the The Collective

Collective

(NEW YORK) - With Las Vegas Market Week just weeks away, momentum for The Collective, the comprehensive trade show event that includes AGTA GemFair™ Las Vegas, the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry and Watch Show and PREMIER™, continues to build. To take place at the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), May 30th to June 3rd, The Collective is introducing a number of initiatives, both as a group and independently within each show, that are intended to drive traffic and create incredible energy and excitement on the show floor. One badge will give attendees access to all three shows, which are all taking place in the South Hall of the LVCC.

JA National Convention to feature Diamond Detection Lab

Interactive lab part of a two-day education program

(NEW YORK) - Jewelers of America (JA) has announced the first annual Jewelers of America National Convention, an education-focused executive forum open to jewelry professionals, will prominently feature an interactive Diamond Detection Lab. The Convention will take place July 28-29, 2019, at the InterContinental New York Barclay in New York City.
