(GREENVILLE, S.C.) – Greenville, South Carolina’s oldest business, Hale’s Jewelers, has announced an exciting transition with a new 8,000 square-foot flagship jewelry store.
Hale’s new building is being constructed on land within the thriving Verdae master-planned community. The beautiful free-standing building will serve as a pinnacle of deep roots and rich history in the Greenville community. Hale’s Jewelers, with development and architect partners, has designed a structure featuring two levels, a deluxe Rolex corner, a new generation Forevermark area, and a private space for vendors and community partners.
Hale’s owner, Lucian Lee, is excited to be part of their new freestanding store, of which over half of the build-out is complete. “Hale’s strong roots, illustrious history and community partnerships will be featured heavily in the new location,” Lee says. He’s also happy to report that plans include the relocation of Hale’s historic clock to a special area on the new property, as this historic landmark has long served as a standard of time for residents of Greenville and will continue to do so.
While the final move-in date for Hale’s new home is not yet confirmed, they expect to be in the new building in the 1st quarter of 2021. In the meantime, customers can look forward to the completion of a stunning new landmark and unique shopping experience. Additional buildings are planned to complement the new Hale’s building.
