Simon Golub & Sons (SGS), manufacturer and importer of fine jewelry for independent retailers since 1922, has announced that they have completed their merger with C&A Diamonds International of Youngstown, Ohio.
C&A, founded in 1990 by Matt Carlozzi, is the Branded Bridal and Loose Diamond division of a major DTC sight holder and Mr. Carlozzi will continue in his role as President of C&A in addition to assuming the role of President of the Independent division for SGS. All C&A Diamonds operations are now being handled at the headquarters of Simon Golub and Sons.
