Sales management and sales training experts Jimmy DeGroot and Brad Huisken have announced their next Sales Management Master Class. The biannual, 12 week class starts up again on January 24, 2023. “Jewelers are growing through our Sales Management Master Class,” said DeGroot.
Former participants in the Sales Management Master Class had this to say:
“We have improved our add on sales by tracking and holding them accountable with the CRA sheets,” said Robert Mounce, BL Jewelers. “We have also implemented the incentives for meeting add on sale goals. These classes have given me a guide to help manage our employees in everyday situations. We hope to start improving as we add more of the training techniques into our management.”
“I have learned so much from this class even though I’ve been in the industry for quite a while,” said Gigi Grubner, Amelia’s Fine Jewelry. “We have implemented several things. The morning huddle has been a game changer for us.”
The class is designed for owner/managers as well as managers and takes them through a curriculum of best practices that have been taught by Huisken for years and which DeGroot has implemented in several retail jewelry stores.
The class is one hour a week online and includes training videos to show the selling staff that directly correlate to what the manager learns.
