Beginning Monday, November 16, 2020 through Monday, December 21, 2020 D-to-Z natural and laboratory-grown diamonds received by GIA at its Carlsbad or New York laboratories from clients in the U.S. will be serviced and returned within 24 hours* of receipt, at no additional charge. Services are limited to Diamond Grading Report, Diamond Dossier®, Laboratory-Grown Diamond Report and Laboratory-Grown Diamond Report – Dossier. Diamonds submitted for the free 24-hour service will automatically be processed and printed without requests for Add-On or Follow-Up services to be eligible.
Offer is open only to clients who have an updated account and valid Client Agreement in place with GIA. To become a GIA client, click here to open a GIA Laboratory Account. Diamonds must be shipped from and returned to a single United States address. Return shipping available at normal ship times following 24-hour service, and under standard shipping policies. Any items submitted for the 24-hour promotion that do not meet the criteria will be serviced based on standard estimated return dates posted on GIA’s website.
