Jewelry salesman goes missing under suspicious circumstances

Early in the morning on Friday, December 16 Bryon Macron left his home and has not been seen since. Macron has been a Lafayette Township (Medina County, OH) Trustee since 2010 and has a long career in the jewelry industry. He worked many years in retail and then moved into sales on the supply side, most recently as national sales manager at Monelle Designs where he worked after a 2-year stint at AV Diamonds.

“Bryon was a hard working family man. He was reliable and just a great guy. We are all saddened by the news of his disappearance,” stated Shreyansh Shah, an industry colleague.

A Lafayette Township employee called the Medina County Sheriff’s office about 7:30 a.m. on December 16th after finding Macron’s office at the township hall in shambles. His SUV was found several hours later in a parking lot, but Macron has not been seen or heard from since. NBC News reported that blood was found in his office and vehicle.

Macron, a military veteran, is married with three daughters.
