(ANN ARBOR, Mich.) – Lewis Jewelers, one of Ann Arbor, Michigan’s most popular and longest established fine jewelry retailers, presented a donation check totaling $2,180 to the Humane Society of Huron Valley (HSHV). The funds were raised as part of Lewis Jewelers’ moving sale, which took place in early August.
“During these difficult times, when many in-person fundraisers have been canceled or postponed, it means so much to have partners like Lewis Jewelers stepping up to support the animals. HSHV has been able to continue saving our community’s most vulnerable animals because of our excellent community,” said Laura Crouch, HSHV’s Development and Marketing Specialist.
“Giving back to our local community has always been important to all of us at Lewis Jewelers,” said Keith Largin, Lewis Jewelers’ Custom Design Specialist and Creative Advisor. “This is the second year we’ve been able to provide support to HSHV through our annual sale. As pet lovers, we recognize the work they do to find loving homes for the strays and surrendered pets left in their care.”
