(TUCSON, Ariz.) – Prepare for a new and unique jewelry experience as the Out of the Jewel Box (OJB) event makes its debut at the historic Tucson Scottish Rite Cathedral from February 1 to 3. This exclusive in-person showcase promises a unique departure from the traditional trade show model, offering attendees and exhibitors an intimate and relaxed setting for networking, product showcasing and immersive business interactions.
Key Features of the Out of the Jewel Box Experience:
Unique Concept: The OJB Experience is not designed to compete with established shows in Tucson. Instead, it introduces a fresh and alternative concept, providing a select group of exhibitors and attendees with a distinctive platform for jewelry exploration in a unique environment.
Flexible Networking: Exhibitors are encouraged to set up appointments in advance, allowing for flexible hours and the freedom for vendors to ‘come and go’ from the venue as needed. This innovative approach encourages a slower pace while still maintaining a dynamic and adaptable environment for meaningful business interactions.
Lounge Area for Collaboration: A dedicated lounge area is designed to facilitate networking and collaborative work. All pre-registered attendees are welcome to utilize this space for meetings, discussions, and/or just to unwind in a comfortable setting. An alternative to hanging out in a coffee shop or hotel room.
Cost-Efficient Showcase: The OJB Experience offers a cost-efficient way for vendors to showcase their work in a professional and secure venue. Exhibitors have the option to enjoy flexible hours and step out from behind the booth, explore other shows, and participate in organic networking.
Convenient Location: A 5-minute walk to and from the Tucson Convention Center, the Tucson Scottish Rite Cathedral is the ideal venue for those looking to shop and network while simultaneously offering a venue to take a break to replenish and rejuvenate from the hustle and bustle of the multiple Tucson trade events.
“We are thrilled to introduce the Out of the Jewel Box Experience to the Tucson community. This event is an “out of the box” approach to conducting business in a unique way. Maintaining the concept of a celebration of artistry, craftsmanship, and innovation, but presenting it in a relaxed environment. Attendees can expect a curated showcase of exceptional goods in a social atmosphere designed for networking as well as relaxing,” said Manos Phoundoulakis, of Gold and Smoke and Co-Event Organizer. “We were seeking an opportunity to showcase our goods in a secure and professional setting, and to have the flexibility to get out from behind the booth and do the work that we need to do throughout the city of Tucson. I have always wanted to exhibit at a show that is relaxed enough that we can put our feet up and have a nice casual conversation about how we can grow with our customers.”
