(NORWALK, Conn.) – JCK, operated by RX, is proud to announce “Johnny Cupcakes” as the 2023 Opening Keynote speaker in addition to an increased educational line up of over 60+ JCK Talks and the all-new Social Media stage taking place at The Venetian Expo & The Venetian in Las Vegas.
The Official Keynote “Creating Customer Obsession & Memorable Experiences with Limited Resources” featuring Johnny Earle of the world’s first t-shirt bakery Johnny Cupcakes will take place on Saturday, June 3 from 8 – 9 am PT at the Palazzo Ballroom on Level 5 of The Venetian (a move from the traditional Friday morning opening keynote time slot).
With each new launch, the hysteria around the “Johnny Cupcakes” brand continues to conquer the globe. The reactions range from 10-block-long queues of fans anxiously waiting for the shop to open, to super-fan Cupcake tattoos – yes, permanent ones. In this awe-inducing presentation, Johnny will share how retailers and brands can create a wave of word-of-mouth marketing, loyalty, and obsession around their store or products – and within their team through the power of experiential branding, even when resources are limited. Attendees will learn how to get behind the wheel and steer their organization into new territories and gently away from old ways. The JCK Keynote is sponsored by Sarine Technologies.
JCK 2023 will return with an even more robust educational program of JCK Talks with over 60 sessions from June 1-4. The JCK Talks program is curated to provide relevant key insights presented by industry experts and thought leaders in multi-perspective panels and featured speaker formats. Beginning June 1, the day before the JCK Show opens, multiple educational sessions will take place in Venetian rooms 101 and 103 on (Level 1) from 9 am – 6 pm PT. Beginning on June 2 from 10 am – 6 pm PT, JCK Talks will be featured on the Showcase Stage (Level 2) and will include the following daily educational tracks: Trends, Retail Experiences, Marketing, Sustainability, DEI, Innovation, Hot Topics and Industry Breaking News. This new track, Industry Breaking News, will be dedicated to major industry news presented live at the show for the first time.
Another new feature this year, is the Social Media stage located at the Innovation Hub (Level 2) near the Showcase Stage. This area is designed to provide attendees with actionable tips and tricks for content creation, social media engagement and the importance of standing out on social media in short 30-minute sessions led by some of the industry’s biggest influencers and digital marketers. The Innovation Hub is a newer area of the show floor encompassing the Showcase educational stage and new Social Media stage as well as new to the market technologies and hands on demo area. This creates a focused area of the show floor on Level 2 for what’s next and what’s trending for the future of innovation in the jewelry industry.
