Pirate theme featured in Reller’s Nautical Collection

Jack is back! Captain Jack Sparrow returns to the silver screen this season “and not a moment too soon,” says Bernard Reller, Florida based designer of nautical and authentic treasure jewelry.

Bernard Reller, owner of Reller Gold, is expecting the latest “Pirates of the Caribbean” movie to create demand for his pirate-themed jewelry.
A significant portion of Reller’s line caters to hard-core sailors and fishermen and enjoys a spike in demand for “piratical” designs every time “Captain Jack” comes around. This season’s collection features some larger items in silver with gold accents, pirate buckles, treasure mountings and whimsical “ear swords” for gents.

Reller’s Charm Bead Collection is not immune to Captain Sparrow’s influence. The Pirate Treasure Bead souvenir of Key West sports a replica treasure coin cast in pure silver recovered from the 1622 wreck of the Atocha Galleon in a miniature 14k bezel.

Reller likes to recall that the first “Jaws” movie inspired his first nautical collection - Great White shark teeth mounted in gold settings and gold versions of the shark depicted on the original movie poster. The enormous success of this first venture inspired Reller to continue designing his line with a nautical theme.
