Kameleon Jewelry® announces website redesign

May 6, 2014

Reading Time: 3 minutes

JewelPop, Inc. is excited to announce a new website design for its popular Kameleon Jewelry® line. The new site will maintain the same URL, www.kameleonjewelry.com, and is scheduled to be launched in Spring of 2014.

With over 80% of web activity originating on mobile and tablet devices, this presented an issue with Kameleon’s current, non-mobile site. “For many people, our website is the first experience they have with Kameleon Jewelry®. Once we learned how many mobile users were visiting our website daily, even with the older ‘non-mobile friendly’ format, we knew it was time to update and give these users a better experience,” said JewelPop, Inc. President Robert Smith.

In the planning stages of this new site, the media team at JewelPop, Inc. requested feedback on their current website design from their retailers as well as end consumers; a great deal of this information was incorporated into the new design.

Retailers will notice that improvements have been made to the ordering system, allowing for easier ordering using a quick click process, and a new and improved area where they can download information and marketing materials. End consumers will be extremely pleased with the new shopping section, with more images of each product, and a user friendly filtering option so they can quickly find exactly which JewelPop they are looking for.

The most popular area on the current Kameleon® website is the “Games & Fun Stuff” section. The “Design Your Own” application will be enhanced, allowing users to create designs on mobile devices, share their designs on social media platforms and directly purchase the pieces they’ve put together. The Mahjong game will be completely redesigned allowing for mobile play, social media integration and the added bonus of more prizes, more often, which is sure to be a hit with everyone.

Kameleon Jewelry® began as an ‘idea’ in the spring of 2005. Since then Kameleon® has grown to over 1000 stores in four countries and thousands of happy customers. Kameleon® is busy preparing many exciting new product lines to release in the months and years ahead so you will always be ready to answer that eternal customer question – “What’s new?”

For more information, or to place an order or for a copy of the new Look Book, contact Kameleon Jewelry® at 866-431-4484 or info@kameleonjewelry.com or visit www.kameleonjewelry.com.
