North American Jewelers innovative “Jewelry Solutions” replica program gets bridal on your customers’ hands

After years of producing high quality bridal replicas, North American Jewelers launched their Jewelry Solutions Tower at the JCK Las Vegas Show. The response has been overwhelming. If you haven’t seen this program yet, be prepared, it’s different. The replica product is displayed in a tower without security.

The customer can have fun looking and trying on as many replica rings as they like. The tower gets the attention of the customer as soon as they walk into the retailer. The customer approaches the tower with caution as if they are in the forbidden zone in a jewelry store. The salespeople in the stores like it because it helps the customer narrow down their choices. When the customer is ready for a salesperson, the salesperson can guide the customer through the benefits of each design and help the customer with the center stone choice. The live product is ordered to the customers’ specifications. The ring is produced and shipped in about a week for that specific customer.

The program is also a welcome relief for jewelers in these turbulent times. The replicas are beautiful. North American’s “Arctic 925” finish is absolutely the same look as a finished gold ring. The difference is retailers can now carry a 300 piece bridal selection for under $5000. That same selection in live product would cost in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. What a great way to have a huge increase in your bridal selection and not put out major dollars. The large selection tied with the fun factor will increase foot traffic and revenue.
