In her role, she drives media relations, executive visibility, and strategic brand positioning, while playing a key role in advancing Signet’s natural diamond strategy alongside senior leadership. McCabe has also helped bring purpose-driven initiatives to life, including the Signet Love Inspires Foundation’s support for Finding the Leader Within, a program identified by Diamonds Do Good that empowers the next generation of leaders in Botswana and demonstrates the lasting positive impact created by natural diamonds.
