(LAFAYETTE. La.) – Gemvision, LLC, (“Gemvision”) a leading jewelry design software developer and innovator filed a lawsuit against JewelBeetle Software, LLC (“JewelBeetle”). The lawsuit, civil action no. 6:23-cv-01476, was filed on October 18, 2023, in federal district court in Lafayette, Louisiana. The lawsuit seeks injunctive relief against JewelBeetle to prevent infringement and monetary damages.
